QuickDAQ allows you to acquire and display from all Data Translation USB and Ethernet devices that support analog input streaming. Combine QuickDAQ with Data Translation hardware to acquire data, record data to disk, display the results in both a plot and digital display, and read a recorded data file. Be productive right out of the box with this powerful data logging software. Data can be imported to other applications like Microsoft Excel® and The Mathworks MATLAB® for more advanced analysis. Two additional options can be purchased to add FFT analysis capabilities to the base package. And QuickDAQ is free of charge!

  • Ready-to-measure application software for acquisition, display, and logging
  • Configure all input channel settings for the attached sensors
  • Load/save multiple hardware configurations
  • On each device acquire data from analog input, counter, tachometer, quadrature decoder, and digital input channels
  • Log acquired data to disk
  • Display acquired data during acquisition in a digitial display using the Channel Display window and/or as a waveform is the Channel Plot window
  • Open recorded data in Microsoft Excel for further analysis
  • Customize many aspects of the acquisition, display, and recording functions, including the acquisition duration, sampling frequency, trigger settings, filter type, and temperature units to use
  • Use QuickDAQ in one of two modes:
    - Acquisition mode allows you to acquire data
    - File Reader mode allows you to view a previously recorded data file
  • Generate output stimuli (hardware dependant): fixed waveforms, swept sine waves, or noise signals.
