Wayne Kerr - 6500 series 

The new 6500P range offers the widest range of HF LCR meters currently available. The corresponding price range means that users will be able to select a model which meets their requirements and is priced accordingly.
Engineers need to evaluate component characteristics at high frequencies with very high levels of accuracy. The 65120B 120MHz Precision Impedance Analyzer is therefore ideal for many demanding tasks, combining accuracy and ease of use at an affordable price. If a frequency range up to 120MHz is not required then the other models are available in this range.

Wayne Kerr - 4300 series 

The 4300 range not only offers all the parameters normally found in a standard LCR meter, but it also measures many more to give a truly versatile instrument. RS232 or GPIB interface is included as standard and it can be used with the full range of Wayne Kerr accessories for even more flexibility.

Before obtaining resistivity values when conducting electrical property measurements, it is critical to ensure the LCR meter is performing optimally. Deviations may occur due to poor cable connectivity or the machine being out of calibration.
PanTerra offers a custom-built resistance box containing a series of high quality resistors to validate the LCR meter. The meter is connected the resistors, hence the measured resistance can be compared to a known, accurate value for a range of resistances.
LCR Meter Open / Short Corrections (Trimming)

In addition to validating the meter, it also has to be ‘trimmed’ (or corrected) to eliminate the effects of stray capacitance and series impedance in the leads or fixture used for connection.

First an open circuit trim is performed, with the Kelvin clamps separated. This is followed by a short circuit trim; with the clamps being attached to a length of highly conductive metal wire. This is incorporated in to the validator.

TTi - LCR 400 

The LCR400 provides the performance and facilities required for precision component measurement at a price not far above that of a hand-held unit. The LCR400 is a low-cost precision LCR bridge intended for use within component inspection, laboratories and production facilities.

IET Labs - 1920

The 1920 1 MHz LCR Meter is the most popular and designed to perform capacitance and impedance measurements on a variety of electronic components and materials over a frequency range from 20 Hz to 1 MHz. The 1920 features programmable bias voltage from 1 mV to 2 V for biasing capacitors and other semiconductor devices during measurements.
The 1910 Inductance Analyzer has the same feature as the 1920, with the bias voltage feature being replace by a programmable bias current of up to 1 A. The bias current features makes the 1910 designed to perform inductance and impedance measurements on coils and wire wound devices over a frequency range from 20 Hz to 1 MHz.
Emphasis has been placed on ease of use through menu programming, and fast accurate production testing via its remote control capability with RS-232, handler and GPIB interfaces.

IET Labs - DE-6000

This handheld LCR meter can transfer data to a PC via a optional, fully isolated, optical IR-USB interface. It also features a Sorting mode, allowing users to quickly sort components. The DE-6000 handheld LCR Meter has automatic impedance selection. This allows the user to measure the L/C/R components in Auto LCR mode without having to select the type of measurement.
To accommodate various test requirements, the DE-6000 handheld LCR Meter offers selectable test frequencies: 100 Hz / 120 Hz  / 1 kHz / 10 kHz / 100 kHz.
The LCR Meter is powered by a standard 9V battery. For additional convenience, it may also use an optional ac adapter
(DE-6000-AC). To transfer data to a PC, the LCR Meter comes with a built-in IR interface.IET offers an optional Data Transfer Kit
